AM/DM/Manager - Projects Planning & MIS Tracking

Role & responsibilities:

1.

• Develop, update and maintain baseline schedules, catch-up plans, milestone trackers, Approval trackers (FNOC, OC, RERA compliances etc.) for all projects.
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure alignment with approved timelines.
• Implement digital planning tools to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
• Maintain all project schedules in strict compliance with SOP.

2.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) for management review.
• Track project progress, highlight deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory compliance trackers (e.g., RERA approvals).

• Organize and facilitate review meetings with internal/external stakeholders & vendors with Cluster Heads.
• Follow up with project teams for MIS updates, compliance status and pending actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and bottlenecks.

• Drive adoption of digital tools/software for project operations, quality, safety and MIS tracking.
• Standardize reporting formats and automate data collection for efficiency.

5.

• Prepare dashboards, progress summaries and executive presentations for leadership reviews.
• Highlight critical risks, delays and mitigation plans.

6.

• Maintain records of statutory approvals, NOCs and submissions.
• Ensure projects adhere to ESG, safety and regulatory norms.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling and MIS tracking.
• Technical proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Power BI and project management software.
• Strong analytical abilities with data interpretation skills for progress tracking and reporting.
• Excellent presentation skills for management reviews and stakeholder updates.
• Compliance knowledge with familiarity in RERA, FNOC, OC processes and statutory approvals.
• Experience in implementing digital tools for project monitoring.
