Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager in Costing at Elecon Engineering Company, located in Vallabh Vidyanagar. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as product costing, variance analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and coordinating with different departments for data gathering and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in product costing, variance analysis, and cost control
  • Experience in budgeting and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • Capability to work collaboratively with different departments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CWA/ICWA/CA will be an advantage
