Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager in Costing at Elecon Engineering Company, located in Vallabh Vidyanagar. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as product costing, variance analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and coordinating with different departments for data gathering and analysis. Qualifications Proficiency in product costing, variance analysis, and cost control Experience in budgeting and financial reporting Strong analytical and data gathering skills Capability to work collaboratively with different departments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CWA/ICWA/CA will be an advantage
