AM/DM Machining - Vendor upgradation

You will be responsible for providing guidance to Engine, Transmission, and Proprietary parts vendors to enhance and standardize various processes and controls for ensuring quality sustenance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting PFMEA for new model Engine, Transmission, and proprietary parts - Identifying weak areas at vendors and guiding them in implementing solutions through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques like Why Why or 8D - Supporting vendors in processes & maintenance concepts such as Milling, Grinding, Induction Hardening, Surface Hardening, Heat Treatment, assembly operations, Jig Fixture, and receiving Gauges - Establishing Capable Process (SPC) for critical parameters - Setting up processes with necessary automation, Auto Inspection, Poka Yoke, etc. - Checking parts using First Principle based on GD&T - Participating in discussion & review meetings with vendor Top management - Managing Quality Management System compliance, e.g., ISO, IATF Your qualifications should include: - Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of experience, or Diploma with 10-11 years of experience - Basic knowledge and hands-on experience of Engine, Transmission, and Proprietary Parts - Experience in the development of Engine, Transmission, and Proprietary parts, and awareness of development systems like APQP, PPAP, Peak Volume Trials - Ability to identify gaps in Fixtures, Gauges & Dies - Knowledge of QMS systems such as ISO, IATF Additionally, the following competencies and skills are required: - Good Analytical and data compilation ability - Strong presentation and communication skills - Participation in theme-based Quality improvement activities - Teamwork capabilities If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role, we look forward to receiving your application.,
