Job Description: As a Learning & Development Manager at our company, your role will involve identifying training needs for all employees and different business functions, both behavioral and functional. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing learning strategies and programs in alignment with the L&D Framework, collaborating with business heads and training partners for mid to senior management employees. Your key responsibilities will include measuring the impact and effectiveness of training programs and delivering training sessions on behavioral competencies for junior to mid-management employees. Additionally, you will implement various learning interventions at the leadership level, including top B-schools MDPs, while liaising and coordinating with top agencies/institutions in the human resource development field. Your tasks will also encompass preparing dashboards, MIS reporting, analytics, and department audit support, as well as maintaining the budget and managing relationships with training partners and consultants. Qualifications Required: - Graduation (With Specialization): Any - Desirable Qualification: B Tech - Post Graduation (With Specialization): PGDM/ MBA in HR from Premier B-school - Any Other Certifications/Diplomas: Desirable certifications in HR/L&D, Instructional Design, Psychometric certification, and membership/association with national-level HR/people development bodies/institutions Competencies/Skills Required for the Job: - Understanding of Learning and Development practices, strategies, and methods - Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices, proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Experience in project management and budgeting - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the Job Description),
