As a Learning & Development Manager at the People Development department of the Training Academy, your role involves identifying training needs, designing learning strategies, delivering training sessions, and measuring the effectiveness of training programs. You will collaborate with business heads, training partners, and agencies/institutions in the human resource development field to ensure employee development across all levels and functions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify training needs for all employees and various business functions, covering behavioral and functional aspects. - Design, plan, and execute learning strategies and programs aligned with the L&D Framework, in collaboration with business heads and training partners for mid to senior management employees. - Measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs, and implement corrective measures as needed. - Conduct training sessions on behavioral competencies for junior to mid-management employees. - Implement diverse learning interventions at the leadership level, including participation in top B-school MDPs, and establish liaisons with reputable agencies and institutions in the HR development field. - Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics, and support department audits while managing budgets and fostering relationships with training partners and consultants. Qualifications Required: - Graduation with specialization (Any) - B Tech (Desirable) - Post Graduation with specialization: PGDM/MBA in HR from a Premier B-school (Required) - Desirable certifications in HR/L&D, Instructional Design, Psychometrics, and membership/association with national HR/People development bodies/institutions.
