This is a full-time on-site role for an AM/DM-Business Development/Sales at RecommerceX. The role involves managing existing client/supplier relationships, Hunting new accounts, meeting sales goals, leading procurement initiatives, and fostering effective communication within the organisation.
• 2-5 years of New business development experience in selling Steel (HR, CR Sheets, Alloy Steel) to manufacturing companies (Automobile, Forging, Fabrications etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven track record in Sales & business development.
• Meeting core business KPIs such as: Order Booking, Invoicing, Collections, New Accounts added on a monthly basis.
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Experience in the recycling or sustainability industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
