Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an AM/DM in Civil and Structural Design at Hexa Climate. The role involves day-to-day responsibilities such as developing and evaluating structural designs, conducting feasibility studies, ensuring compliance with standards, preparing detailed engineering reports, and collaborating with other engineering teams to integrate civil and structural aspects into broader project plans. The role also requires supervising site activities to ensure the structural integrity of the projects and participating in project meetings to provide technical insights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil and Structural Design, including the use of CAD and other design software with Minimum 5-8 Year Of Experience.
• Experience in conducting feasibility studies and preparing detailed engineering reports
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to civil and structural design
• Ability to supervise on-site activities and ensure structural integrity on active projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
