AMC Sales Executive Technical Services

Our client is a rapidly growing elevator company with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, offering exciting growth opportunities for ambitious professionals. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Service Sales portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include initiating and maintaining client relationships, following up on AMC renewals, negotiating contract terms, promoting and selling elevator spare parts and service packages, as well as supporting the internal team with coordination and documentation to drive customer retention and satisfaction. The industry focus for this role includes Elevator, Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, Interior Design, and Insurance. The functional areas you will be involved in are Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Customer Retention, AMC & Service Sales. The ideal candidate for this position should be self-motivated and aggressive in follow-up and client engagement, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be fluent in English and local languages with Kannada preferred, demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and have the ability to work independently to meet sales targets. Educational qualifications required for this role include BBA / MBA / BE in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.,
