AMC OPERATION MANAGER

As the Operations Manager for the AMC Division (TFPC & Group, Vasai), your role involves overseeing the execution of fire safety maintenance contracts to ensure service quality, team management, and operational optimization for enhanced productivity. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing AMC service visits for fire safety systems, including maintenance, inspection, and servicing of fire extinguishers, hydrant systems, alarm systems, and other equipment. Effective coordination with clients to minimize disruptions during servicing is crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, and oversee AMC service visits for fire safety systems - Ensure timely maintenance, inspection, and servicing of fire safety equipment - Coordinate with clients to minimize disruption during servicing - Lead a team of technicians, supervisors, and field staff for AMC execution - Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure adherence to safety standards - Provide training and skill development opportunities for field teams - Manage client relationships, address concerns, ensure service satisfaction, and handle contract renewals and modifications - Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, maintain detailed records, and prepare audit reports - Optimize resource allocation for cost-effective service delivery - Implement best practices, analyze data, and enhance the efficiency and reliability of maintenance operations - Oversee vendor management, inventory procurement, and negotiate for cost-effective sourcing Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Fire Safety), Business Management, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in fire safety, facility management, or AMC domain - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and service management tools - Knowledge of fire safety regulations, equipment maintenance, and compliance requirements - Ability to analyze data, optimize processes, and drive efficiency This full-time position is located in Vasai with a salary range of 25,000 - 30,000 per month, negotiable based on experience. The work schedule is day shift, requiring in-person presence at the work location.,
