Now, we’re building a high-performance in-house team to scale our Amazon presence and paid media efforts. Role Description We’re hiring a full-time Amazon Marketplace Advertiser , based on-site in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India , to manage, optimize, and scale our Amazon PPC campaigns for Menhood. Your core responsibility will be to drive product visibility and revenue through effective ad strategy, performance monitoring, and copy execution. You’ll work closely with brand, sales, and content teams to implement winning campaigns on Amazon, analyze product sales data, and make strategic ad decisions backed by numbers. This is a growth-oriented role with a direct impact on revenue and brand dominance. Key Responsibilities & Requirements • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to drive sales and brand visibility. • Analyze ad performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CPC) and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies. • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to refine ad strategies. • Optimize product listings and align them with performance marketing goals. • Collaborate with content and creative teams to craft compelling ad copies. • Track ROI, prepare actionable reports, and present insights to leadership. • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with Amazon ad tools. • 1–3 years of hands-on Amazon advertising experience; D2C or grooming brand background is a plus.
