Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Amazon & Flipkart Ads Specialist with 2–3 years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns and marketplace advertising. The ideal candidate should be capable of reducing ad spends, clearing excess inventory, and driving profitable sales growth through smart ad planning and listing optimization.

You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing sponsored ad campaigns, improving product listings, analyzing competitors, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the best performance across all campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Amazon & Flipkart PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display Ads, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns to reduce ACoS and unnecessary ad spends while maximizing ROI
  • Strategically design campaigns to clear excess stock and boost sales for slow-moving SKUs
  • Conduct keyword research and listing optimization to improve organic ranking and visibility
  • Audit and correct listings to ensure high-quality content and SEO optimization
  • Analyze competitor listings, pricing, and ad strategies to find new growth opportunities
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and share reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with inventory and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with Amazon/Flipkart account managers for deals, promotions planning.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and changes in marketplace advertising

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on Amazon & Flipkart
  • Deep understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and keyword bidding strategies
  • Proven track record of improving ad performance and increasing sales
  • Strong knowledge of product listing optimization and keyword tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with other departments and collaborate as a team player
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
