We are looking for a

Contact Center Transformation Lead

to drive the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in business development, project delivery, and team growth, ensuring best-in-class solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact Center Transformation


  • Lead a team to design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions.

  • Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

  • Conduct design sessions, requirement gathering, and solution implementation.

  • Provide best practices and industry benchmarking guidance.

  • Business Development & Market Growth


  • Lead and manage RFP responses, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.

  • Collaborate with market unit leads to understand evolving industry demands.

  • Develop innovative strategies and operating models to enhance client success.

  • Team & Practice Development


  • Grow and upskill the team through hiring and professional development initiatives.

  • Drive knowledge-sharing by creating reusable assets, conducting industry research, and innovating within the contact center space.


  • Qualifications & Skills:


    Extensive experience in cloud contact center transformation and implementation.

    Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management skills.
