Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat and voice calls Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, refunds, and account management Provide timely and accurate information following Amazon's policies and guidelines Document customer interactions and maintain updated records Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases Meet individual and team performance targets Candidate Profile: Excellent command of spoken and written English Graduate or undergraduate degree holders Prior experience in international chat and voice processes preferred but freshers can apply Comfortable working in rotational shifts including night shifts Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and customer handling skills Immediate joiners preferred
