Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Amazon Ads Expert to manage and optimize sponsored ad campaigns across multiple international Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leveraging data-driven strategies to maximize ROI, drive conversions, and scale brand performance through effective Amazon advertising. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Monitor campaign performance daily and implement A/B tests to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS. Manage and scale advertising efforts across global marketplaces including the US, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, France, Italy, Spain, and Netherlands. Collaborate with content and creative teams to improve product listings and ad creatives for better ad relevance and quality scores. Analyze campaign data and prepare actionable insights and performance reports for stakeholders. Stay updated on Amazon ad platform changes, trends, and new feature releases. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central advertising tools. Proficient in using advertising analytics tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Helium 10, DataHawk, or similar platforms. Experience handling advertising budgets and scaling campaigns effectively. Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of marketing KPIs such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR. Experience in managing multi-geo marketplace campaigns. Preferred Qualifications: Amazon Ads certification(s) is a plus. Familiarity with Google Ads or other PPC platforms is a bonus. Experience working with D2C brands or eCommerce aggregators.
