Amazon Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to oversee and grow our presence on Amazon (Seller Central). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Amazon business, including product listings, advertising, inventory, order fulfillment, customer service, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, A+ Content)
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Monitor inventory levels, restock limits, and coordinate with warehouse or suppliers
• Ensure timely FBA/FBM shipments and track order fulfillment
• Plan and manage PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
• Analyze performance and optimize ad spend to achieve ACoS/ROAS targets
• Monitor account health and performance metrics (ODR, late shipments, policy compliance)
• Handle customer messages, returns, and negative feedback
• Develop and execute promotions, coupons, and deals to boost sales
• Plan product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Generate and analyze weekly/monthly sales reports
• Provide insights and suggestions for improvement
• Identify new product opportunities and market trends
• Expand into new Amazon marketplaces (e.g., Canada, UK, UAE)
