Job Description

Amazon Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the companys

    Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central account

    .
  • Create, update, and optimize

    product listings

    (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ content, brand store).
  • Conduct

    keyword research & SEO optimization

    to improve product ranking and visibility.
  • Plan and execute

    Amazon Advertising (PPC) campaigns

    (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP).
  • Monitor daily sales,

    analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports

    on revenue, ad spend, ACOS, and ROI.
  • Manage

    inventory planning, FBA shipments, stock reconciliation, and demand forecasting

    .
  • Handle

    order management, returns, and customer queries

    while ensuring a positive brand reputation.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and logistics teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
  • Ensure compliance with

    Amazon policies, pricing rules, and promotions

    .
  • Stay updated with

    Amazon marketplace trends, competitor analysis, and algorithm changes

    .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field

    .
  • Proven experience managing

    Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central

    accounts.
  • Strong understanding of

    Amazon SEO, PPC campaigns, and e-commerce analytics

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Excel, data analysis, and reporting

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Amazon tools

    (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to

    work independently and handle multiple products/brands simultaneously

    .

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in

    Amazon Brand Registry & A+ content creation

    .
  • Knowledge of

    international Amazon marketplaces

    (US, UK, EU, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other e-commerce platforms

    (Shopify, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.).
  • Strong

    negotiation skills with Amazon account managers

    and vendors.
