Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Ads & Social Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as design and post engaging content for our social platforms. The ideal candidate has both analytical and creative skills, with a strong grasp of performance marketing and a flair for content creation. Key Responsibilities: Google Ads: • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ad campaigns. • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting. • Monitor ad performance and adjust bids, keywords, and creatives for optimal ROI. • Track conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tagging. • Generate detailed performance reports and suggest improvements. Facebook & Instagram (Meta): • Plan and run paid ad campaigns for Facebook and Instagram (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions). • Create and schedule organic posts with relevant content and creatives. • Write compelling ad and post copy, and coordinate visuals with the design team (or create basic designs if needed). • A/B test creatives and audience segments to improve performance. • Manage comment moderation and engage with the community when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 1 to 3 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram). • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad reporting tools. • Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
