Job Description: You will be responsible for taking ownership of the coworking space assigned and achieving monthly sales targets. This involves scheduling client visits, negotiating, and closing seats. Additionally, you will need to build on existing channel partner networks to increase sales and revenue. It is essential to maintain CRM hygiene for precision tracking and follow-ups. You will also liaise with the operations team to resolve any client issues within the given Turnaround Time (TAT). Staying up-to-date with competitor activities, launches, pricing, and the overall current scenario of the coworking industry is crucial. Retaining existing customers by providing excellent after-sales support is also part of your role. Furthermore, identifying new sales funnels and opportunities will be key to success. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the assigned coworking space and achieve monthly sales targets by scheduling client visits, negotiating, and closing seats. - Build on existing channel partner networks to increase sales and revenue. - Maintain CRM hygiene for precision tracking and follow-ups. - Liaise with the operations team to resolve any client issues in the given TAT. - Stay up-to-date with competitor activities, launches, pricing, and the overall current scenario of the coworking industry. - Retain existing customers by providing excellent after-sales support. - Identify new sales funnels and opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in hospitality, real estate, or similar field. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Experience in Corporate Sales in a Hospitality Background is preferred. - Experience in customer account management with thorough knowledge of MS Excel. - Good communication and convincing skills, with preferred experience in the commercial Real Estate Industry. - Ability to connect with young startups, SMEs, corporates, and build strong relationships.,
