AM-Power Apps Developer

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Integrate Power Apps with other existing internal systems using REST APIs and Power automate flow.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications and workflows
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
• Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards
• Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
• Expertise in Power Automate for workflow automation
• Proficient in SharePoint Online and Dataverse
• Good understanding of JSON, XML, and REST APIs
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proven ability to implement end-to-end business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with React and AngularJS
• Experience with Web Services and integration techniques
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  

Experience & Education

• 6–7 Years in Power Apps, Power Automate flow, SharePoint Online and Dataverse
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
