Job Description

We are looking for a motivated real estate professional with 2-8 years of experience in industrial and warehousing leasing to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will support leasing transactions, client engagement, and market research in the warehousing and logistics sector.

About the Role:

Assist in executing leasing transactions for industrial and warehousing properties.
Conduct market research and site visits to support client requirements.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and lease documentation.
Build relationships with developers, corporates, and logistics operators.
Track leads and maintain deal progress in internal systems.

About You:

2-8 years of experience in industrial/warehousing leasing
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of the Hyderabad/AP industrial market.
Self-driven, organized, and deadline-oriented.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferably from leading property consulting firms or 3PLs (3rd Party Logistic Players).
