Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct audit of Authorised Persons of MOFSL PAN India
Conduct detailed analytical review of audit findings and identify recurring gaps or high-risk trends.
Perform data validation and cross verification of reports generated by third party auditors.
Support internal audits, Exchange queries, and SEBI inspection data requirements.
Assist in standardizing review formats and improving audit quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Semi qualified Chartered Accountant (not pursuing) with 2-3years of experience or Graduate/ Post graduate with 3-4 years of experience in auditing.
Understanding of Exchange / SEBI compliance requirements related to Authorised Persons and supervision framework.
Experience in preparing, reviewing and validating audit reports and identifying compliance gaps.
Experience in implementing standard audit formats, checklists, and control frameworks
Experience in supporting Stock Exchange queries and SEBI inspection data submissions will be an added advantage
