Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area for an Assistant Manager in HR – Employee Exit Management. The role involves managing the employee exit process, ensuring compliance with HR policies, handling exit interviews, and coordinating the completion of necessary documentation. The candidate will also manage exit-related queries, maintain records, and facilitate smooth transitions for departing employees.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) expertise, HR Management skills, and knowledge of HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• High level of confidentiality and discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the aviation, aerospace, or defense sector is a plus
