AM - Field Service

Provide field service for any requested projects.  This includes communicating with the customer the agreed upon dates, scope, etc.  Prepare workbooks and presentations specific to the customers purchased equipment.  Write a formal field service report at the completion of each field service trip.

Actively participate into Lean initiatives (Kaizen, TWI, KATA, 5S, VSM) and Six Sigma Projects (Green / Black Belt)

 Identify opportunities for improving the way sales & engineering do business and drives agreed upon improvements to completion.Collect Voice of the Customer (VoC) information for use in New Product Development Programs.Provide training to members of the engineering group (and other departments where appropriate) related to application and product data

Maintain all product training documentation and presentations, updating as required based on product revisions.

Complete and submit weekly and monthly Progress Reports and various other reports as needed to Engineering Manager, and any other managers as required.

GARD Management duties include coordination of GARD candidate training and auditing, providing technical assistance to all GARD participants, review of GARD monthly reports (repair activities) and stock orders, coordination of GARD facility requirements (test stand, tools, etc.) and identification of procedure updates based on training results.

Participate in training seminars for engineering, sales and production personnel related to design, operation, and function.

Attend and participate in quality team meetings, safety meetings and other training.Perform other duties as assigned by Management, based on workload and business need

B. E. in Mechanical and 5-8 years of experience. This is for Ahmedabad facility.
