He will be responsible for promoting and selling structural steel products such as Angles, Beams, and Channels.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Experience in dealer network, fabrication industry, or institutional sales preferred.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and acquire new customers in steel trading, fabrication, and infrastructure sectors.
Manage and expand business with existing customers through regular visits and effective relationship management.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support management decisions.
Maintain accurate customer records, order follow-ups, and outstanding payment details.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and collection updates.
Promote the companys brand image and uphold ethical sales practices.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
