Conduct comprehensive research to identify innovative manufacturing technologies (like Industry 4.0, Data analytics, AI/ML) that align with company goals. Evaluate the potential impact of new technologies on production efficiency, product quality, and overall business performance. Design and execute POCs to evaluate solution options within set timeframes. Prepare comparative studies of solution options and propose optimum solutions. Prepare project implementation scope and roadmaps to secure management approval. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for drive project implementation.
