Job Description

Order & Fulfillment Management

Oversee daily order processing on Shopify, ensuring smooth coordination with warehouse/fulfillment partners (e.g., Eshopbox, Unicommerce, Vinculum).
Track order lifecycle from placement to delivery, ensuring adherence to SLA.
Manage returns, cancellations, COD/prepaid refunds, and escalations within defined timelines.
Maintain trackers for orders, returns, RTO, refunds, and reconciliations.
Partner with logistics teams to reduce RTO and improve delivery efficiency.

Catalog & Product Operations

Manage product listings on Shopify (descriptions, images, pricing, tags, and SEO metadata).
Coordinate with marketing/design teams for timely collection launches, promotions, and website updates.
Monitor inventory sync between Shopify, OMS/WMS, and ERP (e.g., SAP).
Oversee replenishment cycles and bulk order processing.

Promotions & Campaign Support

Set up discount codes, bundles, and promotional pricing in Shopify.
Ensure campaign readiness by aligning with marketing teams on collections, banners, and product visibility.

Process Excellence & System Integrations

Identify bottlenecks in order flow, returns, or customer experience and drive process improvements.
Support automation and system integration projects between Shopify, OMS/WMS, ERP, and payment gateways.
Conduct regular audits of catalog accuracy, inventory levels, and order exceptions.

Analytics & Reporting

Track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs: order fulfillment rate, returns %, RTO %, refund TAT, and customer complaints.
Generate operational dashboards and share insights with management.
Recommend data-driven actions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
