Understand FIL’s business / client landscape and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. Relationship building and stakeholder management across geographies including Business Finance partners, business owners, wider finance groups and teams outside finance (PSO, Data value, Tech teams). Ability to drive multiple projects at the same time and support other leads within Cost COE. Propose solutions to solve strategic, tactical, structured, and unstructured business problems, e.g. cost transparency, and profitability, amongst the others. Resource planning to ensure adequate back-up and knowledge transfer within the team. Lead the team and provide continuous guidance in elevating the personal capability across team-members. Mentor and cultivate team-leads to enhance skills for future to take on more value-add and automate the BAU. Explore, learn and utilize the new-age tech capabilities (GenAI, low code no code tools & solutions). Identifying, designing and implementing continuous process improvement initiatives.
