Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Forecast cash on a daily basis using trade settlement reports, bank account balances, and counterparties" margin call statements. - Prepare instructions for the settlement of margin calls for funds related to Futures and other derivatives, validating all entries for wire transfers. - Reconcile between Fund Administrator and trading platform on estimates of T+2 and T+3 settlements. - Calculate and review interest for repurchase agreements counterparties for tracking purposes. - Conduct monthly end reconciliations with Fund Administrator, including profit and loss reconciliation, position reconciliation, and cash reconciliation. - Prepare month-end reporting, including leverage calculations, asset under management calculations, and various exposure calculations. - Prepare regulatory reporting such as Form PF and Form CPO when due. - Prepare reports for the board and review administrators" reports to the board. - Interact effectively with various parts and levels of the VOYA organization, including peers, supervisors, project leaders, and internal/external clients. - Promote a positive working environment among fellow employees and develop efficient working relationships. - Adapt to working in a multi-tasked environment with high priorities, varying workloads, and multiple deadlines. Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, quantitative analysis, business administration, or equivalent work experience. - 3 to 5 years of investment industry experience with a basic understanding of investment vehicles like Fixed Income Securities, Derivatives, Equities, and Senior Loans. - Basic knowledge of alternative instruments and industry setup, such as private equity, private credit, real estate setup, LPs, and GPs. - Experience in reviewing financial statements before publication. - Familiarity with various platforms and systems like Bloomberg, PowerBI, and strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms. - Strong organizational, analytical, and quantitative skills. - Ability to work in a challenging environment with varying workloads and strict deadlines. - Ability to resolve problems independently and creatively. - Maintain strong working relationships with peers, supervisors, project leaders, and internal/external clients. - Excellent team interaction and people skills (verbal and writing skills). - Flexibility to work in shifts.,
