International Voice Customer Support (US and )

CTC: 3 to5 LPA | Locations: / Bellandur

International Voice E-commerce Orders & Returns (US)

CTC:

Answer inbound calls, verify customer & order, share accurate ETAs
Initiate replacements/refunds as per policy; create/close tickets in CRM
Coordinate with logistics when needed; meet
CSAT, AHT, Quality
Must-haves:
Fluent English, patience, basic Excel/CRM familiarity, rotational shifts
Nice:
Prior e-commerce support; multi-queue exposure
