Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential partners in the Banking, Payments, Cloud, and AI domains.
Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with Opus GTM and business objectives.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery to maximize partnership value.
Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics and ROI.
Represent Opus at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.

Skills & Experience Required:

Education: BE / MBA from a reputed institution.
Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Banking and Payments industry.
Technology Exposure: Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/GenAI solutions.
Experience: 8+ years in alliance/partnership roles within IT services or technology firms.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
