Job Description

Customer-Facing

1. Passenger Services / Customer-Facing Roles:-

Check-in and Ticketing:
Greeting passengers, verifying travel documents (tickets, passports, IDs), issuing boarding passes, and handling ticket bookings, changes, or cancellations.
Customer Assistance:
Providing flight information (schedules, gate changes, delays), answering passenger inquiries, and addressing complaints.
Gate Management:
Coordinating the boarding process, making announcements, and ensuring on-time departures.
Special Assistance:
Offering support to elderly, disabled passengers, unaccompanied minors, or VIP guests.

2. Baggage and Ramp Services / Operational Roles :-

Baggage Handling:
Tagging, sorting, and ensuring the correct loading and unloading of passenger luggage to and from the aircraft.
Ramp Coordination:
Guiding aircraft to and from parking bays (marshalling), coordinating with flight crews, and ensuring the general safety of the ramp area.
Aircraft Servicing:
Coordinating refueling, loading catering supplies (food and drinks), and performing pre-departure safety checks around the aircraft.
Cargo/Freight:
Managing the loading and unloading of goods and shipments flown via air.
