Role Description

This full-time role for an Airline Customer Service Agent is on-site and located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Airline Customer Service Agent will handle a range of responsibilities, including assisting passengers with check-in procedures, resolving any ticketing and reservation issues, and addressing inquiries regarding flight schedules. Additionally, the agent will ensure a smooth operation process, provide efficient customer service, and handle customer complaints and feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and conflict resolution
• Proficient in using reservation systems and understanding ticketing processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly
• Knowledge of the aviation industry is beneficial
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality, travel, or related fields are a plus
• Fluency in English and additional local languages is advantageous
• Flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
