Knowledge of Automotive Structures & Occupant Safety specially in Airbags
Good understanding of basic Engineering fundamentals.
Good Experience in Airbag Meshing, Stitching using Hypermesh/Stitcher tool.
Good Experience in Airbag Folding Using Sim-folder (Pamcrash) solver
Good Experience in Airbag Deployment using LS-Dyna solver & Validation of Airbag with Test Results.
Good in ANSA/Hypermesh meshing and Structural Analysis for Automotive components
Report preparation in hyperview
Knowledge of Dummy positioning, seat squashing(foam deformation) and Belt routing in Primer will be added advantage.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills are highly desirable
