Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Air Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling flight bookings, issuing tickets, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements for clients. They should have expertise in using airline reservation systems, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of international and domestic ticketing policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and issue domestic and international air tickets using GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) and other booking platforms.
• Handle airline reservations, fare calculations, re-issuances, cancellations, and refunds.
• Provide clients with accurate flight information, schedules, and pricing options.
• Assist with group bookings, corporate travel, and urgent ticketing requests.
• Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and visa requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve booking issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer queries related to ticketing via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance, maintaining proper documentation for records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in air ticketing and reservations (Minimum 1-3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Strong understanding of airline fares, ticketing rules, and travel policies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of visa regulations and travel documentation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IATA certification or relevant travel and tourism diploma.
• Experience handling corporate and group ticketing.
• Multilingual skills (English + local or international language) are an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
