Air Operations Executive- (Male) Night Shift

You are a key member of the Air Operations team at Sky2C Freight Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd. in Noida, Sector-2. With 14 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry, you will be responsible for coordinating air freight shipments efficiently during the night shift. Your role involves handling end-to-end coordination of both export and import air freight shipments. This includes preparing and verifying shipping documentation, liaising with carriers, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers to ensure timely movement of cargo. Regular communication with clients is essential to update them on shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise. Compliance with international shipping regulations is crucial, and you will be responsible for ensuring timely filing of shipping instructions. Monitoring cargo movement, managing exceptions or delays proactively, and maintaining accurate records are key aspects of your responsibilities. Collaboration with internal departments such as sales, customer service, and accounts is necessary for smooth operations. As an ideal candidate, you are a graduate with 14 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding operations, particularly in air shipments. Proficiency in shipping documentation and coordination is required, along with good communication skills in English. Familiarity with MS Office tools and logistics software is advantageous. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be beneficial in this role. This full-time, permanent position requires you to work the night shift from Monday to Friday. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
