Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and quick-responding professional for our Air Export Import Pricing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling spot rate enquiries, negotiating with airlines and agents, and providing competitive and timely pricing solutions to support business growth.

Requirements

Graduate with 2 5 years of experience in Air Export Import Pricing / Ratings (freight forwarding industry). Strong knowledge of air cargo operations, Incoterms, and pricing processes. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent enquiries. Proficiency in MS Office and freight ERP systems

Key Responsibilities

Promptly attend and respond to Air Export Import rate enquiries from customers and sales teams.

Negotiate with airlines, overseas agents, sub-agents, and transporters for competitive rates.

Prepare and share timely spot quotations, RFQs, and tender pricing.
Coordinate with internal operations and overseas counterparts to ensure pricing accuracy.

Maintain and update rate database for key sectors and trade lanes.
Support sales in onboarding new customers and developing trade lanes with competitive pricing.

Track market trends, airline capacity, and competitor pricing to maintain an edge.

Ensure accuracy and transparency in all pricing shared with customers and internal teams.
