Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems
• Diagnose system malfunctions and recommend suitable repair or replacement
• Ensure all AC units function with maximum efficiency and safety
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, and service updates
• Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company protocols
• Provide routine maintenance to extend system life and prevent future breakdowns
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience as an AC technician or in a similar service role (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for service appointments
• A valid two-wheeler license is preferred
