JOB TITLE: AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI Specialist)

Job Summary: We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cutting-edge deep learning techniques. In this role, you will focus on designing, developing, and deploying high-impact AI solutions. A solid foundation in Python, ML frameworks, and LLM-based techniques is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

5+ Years Experience

Predictive Modeling & Deep Learning

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and scalability across diverse use cases, primarily leveraging state-of-the-art neural network architectures for NLP and tabular data.

Perform feature engineering and model evaluation, with a focus on hyperparameter tuning and performance optimization.

Collaborate on the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from ideation and data preparation to model deployment and continuous monitoring.

LLM-Based Systems (Generative AI)

Develop and fine-tune LLM-based applications, including text generation, summarization, and semantic search.

Experiment with prompt engineering and chain-of-thought techniques to improve LLM performance.

Integrate APIs from OpenAI or similar providers, deploying generative AI solutions into production pipelines.

Explore LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain or similar) to build, track, and manage scaled AI-driven applications.
