AI/ML Engineer

Job Location Ahmedabad, Gujarat (on site)
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for various business use cases.- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).- Build APIs and integrate ML models using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.- Collaborate with data engineers and frontend/backend developers to deploy and maintain end-to-end MLsolutions.- Monitor model performance and continuously improve based on real-time data feedback.- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code in Python.- Maintain clear documentation for model development and deployment workflows.Job Description: AI/ML Engineer
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.- 35 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas, NumPy, etc.- Experience with FastAPI, Django, and Flask for API development and deployment.- Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker is a plus).- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred (Nice to Have):- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.).- Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses- Flexible working hours- Health insurance and wellness benefits- Opportunities for continuous learning and upskilling
