Key Responsibilities:
Backend & DevOps Design, develop, and maintain robust backend APIs and microservices. Manage containerization, deployment pipelines (CI/CD), and cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure or AWS). Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and scalability. Automate recurring infrastructure and workflow tasks. AI/ML Engineering Design, fine-tune, and implement solutions with large language models (LLMs) and AI agents. Work with modern agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndex, DSPy). Integrate, secure, and monitor AI workflows and model endpoints. Implement data engineering pipelines for clean and reliable data flows. AI Agent & Workflow Automation Develop workflow automation solutions to optimize business or technical processes. Build, orchestrate, and deploy advanced AI agent-based applications. Maintain documentation and best practices around agent development and integration. Cross-team Communication Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and client teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions. Communicate ideas, status, and blockers proactively and effectively. Be responsive and collaborative in a distributed/global team environment. Required Skills 2–3 years experience in an AI/ML, backend, or DevOps engineering role. Solid backend programming skills (Python preferred; Node.js/Go/Rust a plus). Experience with Docker technologies. Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native deployment. Working knowledge of CI/CD and infra-as-code tools. In-depth understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agent frameworks, and data engineering concepts. Exposure to agentic frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, etc. Experience building or integrating workflow automation or orchestration solutions. Strong problem-solving skills, a growth mindset, and comfort with ambiguity. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Willingness to work flexible or late shifts (to align with US client work).
