AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer who has hands-on experience developing applications using Reinforcement Learning (RL) and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work closely with our research, product, and engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI systems using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude) and RL techniques.
• Build and fine-tune models for various tasks such as summarization, reasoning, dialogue generation, and decision-making.
• Apply RL and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback) for continuous model improvement.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy models into production environments.
• Conduct experiments, analyze model performance, and iterate on solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest research in generative AI, RL, and NLP.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably with production-level deployments.
• Strong experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or API integration.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with RL algorithms (e.g., PPO, A3C, Q-Learning).
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with RLHF techniques and human feedback data pipelines.
• Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
