AI/ML Engineer

As an AI/ML Engineer in the BFSI domain, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deploy open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored specifically for applications in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance customer interaction, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. - Develop and implement open-source LLMs for BFSI applications. - Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define use cases and deliver high-quality solutions. - Conduct experiments and optimize models using real-world datasets. - Monitor LLM performance in production environments and refine models based on feedback. - Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and scalability standards. - Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and contribute to implementing best practices. - Create and maintain detailed documentation of models, workflows, and methodologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - Minimum 2 years of hands-on AI/ML development experience, preferably in the BFSI industry. - Experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions to production. - Strong programming skills in Python or Java. - Proficiency with open-source ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Industry experience with open-source LLM ecosystems such as LangChain, Ollama, etc. - Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods. - Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
