You will work on advanced prototypes for the Indian Army, Navy, and DRDO, including mission-level simulation engines, reinforcement learning agents, predictive models, and decision-support algorithms. This role involves building high-precision AI components for war-gaming, threat intelligence, and multi-source data fusion. Key Responsibilities AI/ML Development Architect and train reinforcement learning (RL) agents for tactical and operational decision-making. Develop models for threat assessment, anomaly detection, and reliability forecasting. Build pipelines for Monte Carlo simulations, probabilistic modelling, and Course-of-Action (COA) evaluation. Generate synthetic datasets and simulation environments for training and evaluation. Optimize models for edge inference, low-latency execution, and constrained environments. Simulation & Advanced Analytics Collaborate with simulation engineers to embed ML models within the simulation engine. Implement behavior trees, stochastic models, and scenario-driven AI logic. Interpret simulation outputs, provide explainable AI insights, and refine models iteratively. Software Integration Package AI models using ONNX/TorchScript for deployment. Integrate ML components with backend APIs (FastAPI, Flask). Ensure all AI modules meet security, reliability, and auditability standards. Documentation & Demo Support Prepare technical documentation, validation reports, and test plans. Support live demos and technical presentations to DRDO and armed forces evaluation committees.
