Role Description

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The AI/ML Engineer will lead the design and implementation of machine learning models, develop algorithms, and optimize neural network architectures. Daily responsibilities include exploring data sets, conducting statistical analyses, and designing innovative AI solutions to address complex challenges. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into cutting-edge software solutions.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
In-depth knowledge of core Computer Science principles, including Algorithms
Proficiency in Statistics and the ability to analyze large data sets
Experience with developing and optimizing machine learning models
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI/ML, such as Python or R
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
Experience with industry-standard AI/ML tools, frameworks, and libraries is a plus
