Role Overview

AI/ML Engineer


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, train, fine-tune, and deploy

    LLM-based applications

    .
  • Build

    end-to-end AI pipelines

    for cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-prem environments.
  • Integrate

    agentic AI frameworks

    (MCP, multi-agent orchestration) into products.
  • Apply

    deep learning techniques

    for NLP, computer vision, multimodal AI, and generative tasks.
  • Develop

    production-ready chatbots, image/video systems

    , and GenAI tools.
  • Optimize models for

    scalability, latency, and cost-efficiency

    .
  • Collaborate with teams to embed AI into product ecosystems.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

  • 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience with strong fundamentals

    (CS, algorithms, ML theory).
  • Proven expertise in

    LLMs (open & closed)

    and

    Generative AI

    .
  • Experience in

    cloud-based and/or on-prem AI deployments

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    neural networks, transformers, and multimodal AI

    .
  • Experience with

    MCP

    and

    agentic AI

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Python

    and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
  • Familiarity with

    MLOps

    for CI/CD and monitoring.


Nice to Have

  • Vector databases, RAG, embeddings
  • Reinforcement learning, GANs, diffusion models
  • Open-source AI/ML contributions
