Engineering Software & QAWe are looking for a talented and passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our growing development team in Gandhinagar. You will be responsible for building scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines and deploying intelligent solutions for real-world problems. The ideal candidate is hands-on with modern ML/DL frameworks and is comfortable working in a DevOps environment with containerized applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities :

  • Architect and implement ML models using containerized infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes) with CI/CD integration.
  • Develop intelligent solutions for search engines, text classification, entity recognition, and generative tasks using LLMs.
  • Build end-to-end pipelines : Dataset processing, Model training, Deployment, Prediction, and Retraining.
  • Design APIs for ML operations : dataset preparation, training, inference, and monitoring.
  • Optimize performance and accuracy of NLP models including NER, NLU, and BERT-based architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance products with intelligent features.

Expected Skills & Experience

Technical Proficiency :

  • Strong hands-on experience in Python and ML frameworks : PyTorch, TensorFlow, SpaCy, SKLearn, RasaNLU.
  • Solid understanding of NLP techniques, including NER, BERT, transformer models, and LLMs.
  • Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django for building APIs.
  • Experience working with databases like MariaDB, MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems and version control systems.

DevOps & Deployment

  • CI/CD experience with tools like Jenkins, Maven, etc.
  • Proficient in Docker image creation, container orchestration (Kubernetes / Docker Swarm).
  • Skilled in deploying ML models in production with monitoring and versioning.

Search & Indexing

  • Experience with Elasticsearch for building intelligent search engines.

Bonus Skills (Preferred But Not Mandatory)

  • Experience with Computer Vision, Azure DevOps, or Neo4j.
  • Hands-on with HuggingFace models, Minio, Knative, ArgoCD/Argo Workflows.
  • Experience in document parsing with libraries like Publaynet, PDFTron, PDFjs, PSPDFKit.
  • Worked with Azure Cognitive Services (OCR, Entity Recognition).
  • Knowledge of Azure Blob Storage or Amazon S3.

Education

  • UG : Any Graduate
  • PG : Any Postgraduate
