AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models for production.

Work on Generative AI (LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, etc.) to build scalable solutions.

Develop and integrate RAG pipelines for intelligent data retrieval.

Implement and manage Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus) for semantic search.

Create and fine-tune embeddings for text, image, and multi-modal tasks.

Build and integrate Agentic AI systems with tool orchestration, planning, and reasoning.

Utilize MCP (Model Context Protocol) for secure and structured AI integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable AI solutions.

Keep pace with the latest AI/ML research, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.

Solid understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning, and NLP.

Experience with Gen AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, etc.).

Practical knowledge of RAG pipeline design and optimization.

Expertise with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus).

Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.

Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGPT, CrewAI).

Experience with MCP and secure LLM integrations.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment practices.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker).

Exposure to multi-modal AI (text, image, audio).

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.

Understanding of AI/ML security best practices.

Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
