AI/ML Engineer

Location: Onsite – Powai, Mumbai
Salary (Market): ₹5–12 LPA

About the Role
We are hiring a Sr. AI/ML Engineer to design, train, and deploy AI models powering our suite of SaaS products. This role is critical in shaping AI-first applications across education, legal, finance, and productivity domains.

Responsibilities

Research, design, and deploy machine learning models.
Fine-tune and integrate large language models (LLMs) into apps.
Build scalable data pipelines for AI workflows.
Optimize inference performance and GPU/infra costs.
Work with developers to integrate AI into user-facing apps.

Requirements

5+ years of ML/AI experience, with production deployments.
Strong background in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch.
Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, fine-tuning).
Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone).
Prior experience in SaaS/AI startups a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹524,177.89 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
