AI/ML Engineer – 3D & AI Agent Training

We’re looking for a highly skilled hands-on AI/ML Engineer with deep Python expertise, a strong foundation in AI/ML and computer vision, and hands-on experience training and deploying machine learning models into production. You will help build intelligent agents, automate workflows, and visualize 3D data. You’ll work on end-to-end pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and dive deep into debugging and development.

What You’ll Do:

• Train and fine-tune AI agents for real-world tasks.
• Develop and debug Python-based backend systems.
• Create 3D visualizations from structural/engineering data (PyVista/VTK).
• Collaborate across teams to integrate AI into production pipelines.
• Support RFIs and troubleshooting across the full codebase.

What You Need:

• 3–5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML, computer vision, and software engineering
• Advanced Python skills — clean, modular, efficient code is a must. Good debugging experience.
• Hands-on

  AI/ML model training

  experience.
• Knowledge of

  3D visualization

  (PyVista preferred).
• Ability to understand

  full pipelines

  and work collaboratively.
• Persistence, problem-solving mindset, and ownership.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
